HKU Engineering Alumni Association Scholarship
On the Donor
In June 2008, HKU Engineering Alumni Association (HKUEAA) donated a lump sum for five years initially to provide scholarships to undergraduate students in the Faculty of Engineering who display leadership qualities, show interest in community affairs to participate in activities that would broaden their horizons and enhance the development of their leadership qualities and have substantial participation in HKUEAA activities. In 2013, HKUEAA renewed the Scholarship by injecting an amount which supported scholarship awards in the academic years 2013-2014 and 2014-2015. In 2016, HKUEAA made an additional donation of HK$90,000 to support the scheme for the academic years 2016-2017 and 2017-2018.
